"We spent 3 days at Casa Moncada in the heart of the action. We were late coming in due to missing a connecting flight and Giuseppe guided us and assisted with a driver from the airport. I will say without the driver knowing the exact location of the entrance, it would have been difficult to find. Inside was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable for sleeping. The second day of our stay there, I had a minor injury (which was my own fault), it wasn’t serious but I thought it still would be safer to go to the hospital since I will be traveling for a while. We were originally planning on going to the clinic ourselves, but Fulvio said he will take us to the hospital because how the public hospital system was set up, we could be waiting there for the whole day without been seen by a doctor...

"The apartment was very clean and right on the water. It was truly beautiful. When we booked this apartment was not available, but we stayed in another spot in the same property. It was just as nice, though I question if it was a little smaller. The manager of the apartment was very kind and very attentive. Gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. The area of beach next to the apartment is beautiful, but the general location (outside of the apartment complex) is somewhat dirty....

"We throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and historic home. The rain prevented us from site seeing mostly so we were cozy in our home and gardens. Giovanni was great! He picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the train station when we left. He was always responsive when we had questions. 5 star for Giovanni and Sylvia. "The hosts of this listing are a delightful couple. They were so welcoming with their own fresh eggs, homemade olive oil and cannolis. They had a basket full of local treats and pasta if we wanted to cook. The place is a little challenging to find but worth it. The property is beautiful and relaxing. It was a lovely way to end our Italy trip."
