「Staff was helpful and the property was good.」

「Too expensive for what you get. Very disappointing for a Hilton chain resort. Property needed a lot of maintenance.」

「The only good thing about this place it's the location it close to shop food and the beach. The place had a scent when we arrival there was feces in the toilet. Contact stated 3 day after stay housekeeping service we got no housekeeping service left with no toiletries.」

Owner Ann Marie has meticulously crafted every room and detail to create a unique experience that far exceeded our expectations. The property is filled with uplifting and inspiring messages that gently remind you to live life fully and enjoy every moment. The made-to-order breakfast was absolutely to die for—fresh, delicious, and prepared with care. A special thank you...

「The rooms were spotless, quality furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. Close to the airport and the host helped arrange transport. Good value. We will stay here again.」

「I stayed at stay a while villas and it was the best. The owners were very friendly and made sure I was settled in comfortably. The place was clean spacious and had both A/C and ceiling fans. I would recommend 10/10」

While I understood the explanation offered to me, I think they need to find a way to allow guests to have their food warmed, possibly by providing microwaves in the rooms or in a place accessible by guests with no liability to the hotel. 「The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.」
