The location was great and it was a nice property on the river, but the bunkie with a bed and bunk beds was unusable > the floor was unsafe, there was no A/C, and no screens on the windows so you couldn't open them to cool down, and it smelled strongly of mold. There was some confusion on pets, it said it was pet-friendly, but when in contact with owner, she said that the pets needed to be registered beforehand. I did not see that option on Expedia when booking the site
