「It is a unique property a hotel with no reception area. But the rooms were clean. The lady who cleaned the rooms was lovely. Text messages were responded to timely. We didn’t have any issues while we were there. We actually extended our stay.」

「Lovely room, very spacious and cosy」

「First time back to Jabajaks in twenty years and it more than loved up to the memory of the place. Staff are extremely personable and can't do enough to help. 「Warm and friendly services, coupled with cosy room-setting, made the stay at 32 Townhouse an excellent experience. Dominic the manager was attentive to details; Alex who served the breakfast gave warm hospitality and made guests feel pampered. 」

「Had to make a call on arrival to sort access codes… on arrival in my room, wasn’t really clean, under the bed hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, shower had just been used by someone, and the basement room 6 I had smelt musty… Property overall was in decent shape, but a lack of attention to detail…」
