PRIME LOCATION. Located in the heart of Carmel-By-The-Sea we are pleased to offer this newly rebuilt SPACIOUS, OPEN CONCEPT 2 BEDROOM vacation rental with 2 king bedrooms both with en-suite baths. Luxuriously designed with an open concept floor plan, featuring a chefs GRANITE KITCHEN WITH CENTER ISLAND, TILE FLOORS THROUGHOUT, GRANITE COUNTER VANITIES & WALK IN SHOWERS, FULL LAUNDRY FACILITIES and a location that allows you to walk to ALL Carmel restaurants, shops and the beach. We have carefully designed the interiors for the comfort of our guests. The building consists of two rental units. Both units are identical. Both living spaces are completely separate with their own entrances. The two bedroom units are just under 1300 square feet. Unit one is located on the ground floor and unit two is located on the second floor ( above unit one). Each unit has a separate listing on VRBO. This listing hosts UNIT 1 located on the ground floor of the building. Located in the heart of Carmel-By-The-Sea we still boast a rather private setting as the duplexes set far from the street and are surrounded by other quiet Inns. This unit has an outside patio area with seating for four.

Great location and property

This was a great place to stay in Carmel for two couples. We loved the fact that it had two en-suite king sized bedrooms and a comfortable living space. The location could not have been better for exploring Carmel-by-the-sea. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Walking distance to everything Carmel has to offer. Don’t forget this is a two unit complex. We had great neighbors during our stay. But I could that being a small issue with this property.

The absolute perfect location! Completely updated and amazing!

I can’t say enough about the condo. The personal touches and thoughtful amenities made our stay extra nice. The place was well stocked with everything you need and more! Steve was fantastic and we had not one single thing go wrong. You could not ask for a better location to enjoy the restaurants and shops of Carmel. The beach is a gorgeous less than 10 minute walk. Loved, loved, loved our stay! We will be back.

Best stay ever @ norcal coast

We live in the sf bay area so every year we do a few short family vacations in Santa Cruz, monterey and Carmel areas. This is hands down the most comfortable stay we have had. Spacious, well laid out, well furnished, well managed, everything is just perfect. I thought I'd prefer a beach house but this is better. Access to sushi 1min walk. Grocery 2min walk. Italian 3. Beach 10min might sounds far until you realize the walking route in itself is a treat. We will be back soon!!

We had the best two-week stay at this property. Communication and check-in were great, and the place was well-equipped for our needs. The fridge had bottled water, coffee, and creamer waiting for us, which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, and we had ample closet space. The best part was being in downtown Carmel

Carmel Trip

This is a great vacation rental. The unit is well appointed, tastefully decorated, very clean and everything works! It is also in a great location for walking access to the beach, the mission trail, restaurants and shops. The parking space is also a plus. I would highly recommend this unit.

Nice Carmel property and location

Neat, clean, well thought out, and just as advertised. I still hate the VRBO deposits and bogus property damage required insurance...........hard to compete with hotels if you make it harder than your competition but this property is excellent.

Perfect location!!

You couldn't ask for a better location!! You are just walking minutes away from the restaurants, shops, beach, etc We didn't have to use our car once, it was perfect!! Everything was so clean and decorated beautifully!! We will definitely be back in the near future.
