"Asian-themed decor with tranquil gardens, sitting areas and fountains. It is a well-kept older property that is NOT at all shabby. Grounds swept and cleaned every morning. Parking on a holiday weekend is tough in Carmel by the Sea area. We left our car parked and walked to dinner each evening. Helpful staff and breakfast are delivered each am . Clean and well appointed rooms. Only negative..a small shower."
