With its privileged location between the village and the various beaches of Carnac, this new house is the ideal place for your next family getaway on the Megalithic Coast. Discover the best of Carnac and its surroundings from this modern and comfortable holiday home.



Location situated in a new property complex near the Salines. The Grande-Plage is approximately 900 m away, the activities of Centre-Plage, the village, its shops and market are all also less than a kilometre away. The bakery is 250 m away and the supermarket only 400 m away. All of Carnac is easily accessible by bicycle.

Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometres away.



Terraced house of 90m² comprising:



On the ground floor:

- Entrance to living area with lounge space (TV, convertible sofa-daybed 120*230 cm for additional single bed) and dining area;

- Fully equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee machine);

- Bathroom with toilet;

- Storage under the stairs;

- Garage for storage, possibility of storing bicycles.



Upstairs:

- 3 bedrooms, each with 1 bed of 160 cm (2 mattresses of 80 cm), wardrobe;

- Bathroom with double washbasin, washing machine, WC.



Small enclosed garden, terrace with garden furniture.
