Three story, townhome with access to pool, arcade and hiking trails!

• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 7 Persons TOTAL INCLUDING CHILDREN

• NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided.

• PARKING: Limited to 2 vehicles per HOA.

• DISCLOSURES:
*Guest must climb stairs. Main living area with kitchen are on the 2nd / middle floor.
*Fireplace in living room is ELECTRIC.
*40 gallon hot water heater which is small for the number of guests the home sleeps.

This two-bedroom townhome with loft sleeping area is newly updated and has comfortable furnishings. Nestled in a quiet forested setting, Tahoe's North Lake condo community of Carnelian Woods which is known for easy access to the lake, Olympic size pool in the summer and two year-round hot tubs. Close to a selection of supreme ski resorts in the area.

The townhome sleeps 7 adults in 3 sleeping rooms including the 3rd floor loft.

Main living area on the 2nd floor features a new electric fireplace and a flat screen TV with Apple TV for streaming plus cable service which can be enjoyed from the comfy couch or swivel chair. The living room, dining room and kitchen have been recently renovated to include an open floor plan with new gorgeous flooring. This middle level boasts updated lighting over a new dining room table for six as well as access to the second story deck outfitted with a large gas grill.

The fully stocked kitchen has a smooth surface electric range and light-colored countertops. The breakfast bar opens into the hallway and by tucking three bar stools underneath, creates 3 additional places to dine.
Everything necessary for a great home-cooked meal! This main level also has a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The entry-level of this townhome hosts the 2 primary bedrooms, 2 laundry closets for the separate washer and dryer and another full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a large king bed, large closets, smart TV and its own patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large window and a smart TV. Accessible from both the lower hallway and inside the primary suite via a pocket door, this Jack-n-Jill bathroom offers an oversized, tiled walk-in shower. The rest of the sleeping arrangements are in the loft on the 3rd floor with 2 twin beds and 1 full or “double” bed.

Community amenities include 2 hot tubs* and a community "lodge" with arcade games and a pool table. Located within walking distance of Patton Beach, Garwoods Restaurant and the Old Post Office Café.

The property was on three levels, 2 bedrooms & 1 bath on first floor, living area with full bathroom on second floor, & loft area with 2 twin & 1 full bed in loft. It was spacious & accommodated our family group of 6 well. Adequately equipped, somewhat randomly organized kitchen. Wonderful pool & hot tub area. Great location.

Family Vacation

Great floorplan for family vacation. Primary bedroom has a lovely balcony. Shared bathroom between primary bedroom and second bedroom located on first floor. Living room, kitchen, dining and second bathroom are on the second floor. Third floor is a large loft area with multiple beds. The pool and spa area were great for our family. We enjoyed hours in the pool. Excellent location was close to the beach, Garwoods restaurant and walking distance to miniature golf. We also had breakfast at the Old Post Office Cafe which is quaint and tasty.
