Quiet Holiday Zen

The house is on a quiet street a few blocks from the beach. An easy pleasant walk. The house is clean and attractive. I especially enjoyed the front outdoor table. We had meals and fun conversations there. Also a porch swing. The small downstairs bedroom is good for two small children.

Wonderful Time

Location is 10 minute walk to the beach! Very clean, nice neighborhood. Wish some beach accessories were provided and an outdoor shower to rinse would be awesome. Overall, my four kids and I enjoyed our stay. Close to Wilmington and good restaurants, but most of all right by the beach!

Tastefully decorated, clean, and convenient!

We loved this property. It is close enough to walk to the beach, but you may want to bring a wagon to carry belongings back and forth. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a single family! I will return to this property if it is available for future trips to Carolina Beach.

Problem with AC

The AC unit had an eco setting that changed the temperature to 82° during the day. The thermostat that they have is an odd one and we could not figure out how to change the settings. I called and spoke to the VACASA contact 3 separate times and no one could assist. I told them they need to provide the instructions for that thermostat from the owners but I never received anything. Thankfully the setting during the later afternoon & evening was at 74°.
