Incredible location! Just one block from public beach access, restaurants & famous Tiki Bar & pier. Ocean views from all three decks. Newly renovated in 2025. Spacious, 5 BR/4BA, with elevator reaching all floors for step-less access. Three KING SUITES, queen room & kids bunk room, all with smart TV’s. “Bowfin Blu” is perfect for groups/multiple families. Cleaning fee includes linens, towels, coffee bar and firepit. Pet-Friendly with pet fee. Garage game / movie room with massaging recliner chairs, poker table, corn hole & PS4 gaming console. Bikes, baby jogging stroller, beach chairs & wagon provided.

We can sleep up to 14 people with adults and kids. For adult only groups 12 max is recommended so two adults don`t have to share the full-size beds in the bunk room. We also have 12 seats for dining. Happy to host up to 14 with any group but just wanted to make a suggestion to help you choose if Bowfin Blu is the best place for your vacation.

Arrival:
Enter the driveway with parking available for 3 to 4 cars. Garage will be used as game room. Use the keypad smart lock and checkin 24 hours a day.

Home layout:

1st floor:
Entryway to stairs and elevator. Beach towels provided in basket by front door with plenty of hooks for towels at the end of the day.

2nd floor:

King Suite #1

Bedroom is equipped premium king mattress (to die for mattress, cooling linens & several types of pillows for all sleeping positions). Smart TV with multiple streaming apps. Sliding glass door leading to private, furnished decks with ocean views. Beautiful ocean sunset accent wall.

Bunk Room
Can sleep 6 offering 2 full beds and 2 twins. Smart TV, nighttime noise maker, sconce light with charger for each bed, Room darkening curtains. Bathroom right outside the door.

3rd floor:

Dining Room:

Plenty of seating between large dining table seating 8-9 with 4 additional bar seats. Large glass windows with beautiful ocean views.

Living Room:

Professionally designed, modern coastal, open concept living room featuring an extra large sectional & chairs offering plenty of seating for family or friend activities. Shiplap fireplace with 75” Smart TV and modern, linear fireplace (can be turned on without heat for ambience or with heater for cooler winter months). Full wall of windows and glass doors with wide ocean views. Just outside the living room is a large deck with seating for 7 around a propane, blue glass rock fire-pit. There is also a grill located on the back patio for guest use.

Kitchen:

Luxury, large, fully-renovated kitchen equipped with every amenity guests could need to prepare gourmet meals or quick meals in between activities. FULL COFFEE BAR offering free specialty coffee, traditional drip coffee, bean grinder, milk frother, k-cups, French press, electric kettle & free tea.

Tub / Shower combo with all toiletries and amenities needed.

King Bedroom

*Comfy King bed, cooling linens, and plenty of pillows with different levels of firmness.

Queen Bedroom

Medium-firm, hybrid mattress, luxury linens, dresser, smart TV, lamps with charging ports, room darkening curtains & large closet with pack n play, high chairs and other guest amenities. Full bathroom right outside door

Guests will have access to the entire home, back and front yard.

We aren’t there in person but have a wonderful local team who assists guests with any needs. Please message questions through the app for a quicker response. Texts or calls could have a delayed response. We have three people watching the messages and can help with any questions or concerns.
1. No smoking please. If home smells like smoke a charge of $300 will be applied for smoke remediation.

2. Pets must be on reservation and pet fee paid prior to checkin. Unreserved pets will be charged $200 per pet if brought. If you want to add a pet after you book please message us and we can request the pet fee.

Please pick up after your pet in the yard.

3. No parking anywhere but the unit carport / driveway (including grass) or guest could be fined $250 from HOA or towed. There is a paid parking lot just a few houses down.

4. Please follow checkout rules or extra fees may be charged to pay cleaners for additional work.

5. Please checkout on time. For unauthorized late checkouts a fee of $100 per half hour will be charged to pay cleaners time for waiting. We sometimes can approve early or late check-in depending on availability. Approved check-ins prior to 3pm and checkouts after 11 am may be available for a fee. Message us for more info.

6. Extra guests that are not on the reservation should not be in the home without prior approval or a fee of $50 per guest, per day could be charged.

7. No parties without approval. Party cleanup fees of $300-$500 could be charged.

8. Please do not park on the grass, as it can damage sprinkler heads and landscaping. A fee may apply to cover any necessary repairs. Thanks so much for understanding!
