"The staff managing the reception counter were friendly, courteous, and inviting. Due to no fault of its current owners, the structure is close to a very busy street and railroad tracks. Rooms to the front of the building are accessible to a lot of noise from traffic and train horns at night. The room and bathroom were clean and amenities good. The location is easily accessible to many University of South Carolina activities as well as the city of Columbia activities, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. The convenience is well worth the cost of the stay. "

"Room was clean. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Setting is super cool in an old fire station. Just be aware, valet is $30/day (!) and didn't realize that until checkout. "
