Lovely place to stay at when you want to visit Puglia

We enjoyed our hollyday very much! We went there during easter-holliday, so more or less off-season. I would recommend it 100% to people with a car, who want to have a chilled week on the beach with almost no one around and who are ready to drive 20-40minutes to visit beautiful and historicaly rich citys arround. If you dont come by car, it'll probably be a little difficult to get out of the place. The location is perfefectly clean and has almost everything you need. But there were no games and also nothing to wash the dishes, so don't forget to take a sponge &co. with you. ;) We would love to come back asap!

très bon accueil de Vicenzo.. Résidence très bien située, plage sable fin à proximité. hors période estivale, peu de commerces sur place ouverts.

Eigenlijk was alles prima. Nette accommodatie, vriendelijke gastheer, nette wijk. In hoogseizoen geen BBQ mogelijkheid (droogte).

Großzügige Wohnung in toller Lage!

Die Reisezeit Ende Mai/ Anfang Juni war in jeder Hinsicht perfekt- im Hochsommer kann man sich den Ort sehr voll und trubelig vorstellen. So aber konnten wir sehr angenehm auf der straßenseitig gelegenen Terrasse sitzen, das Meer in Sichtweite. Der Vermieter Enzo war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wenn auch ohne Geschirrspüler. Den 5. Stern vergeben wir das nächste Mal, wenn die Dusche saniert wurde ;-) Von Specchiolla aus lässt sich die Südhälfte Apuliens perfekt bereisen. Und es liegt weit genug von Brindisi entfernt, dass man nicht von Fluglärm gestört wird. Alles in allem wunderbare Ferien!

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans les pouilles . L’appartement est très bien situé et avec de très bonnes prestations. On remercie chaleureusement Enzo pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Winter Beach Retreat

The house is in a great location and the accommodations were very clean when we checked in. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. Check in was simple. My only comment is the family room/kitchen does not have a sofa, it has 2 La-a-Boy style chairs…it isn’t the most comfortable solution. Overall it’s a really nice place to stay.

Bella vacanza, casa posizionata ottimamente vicino al mare ed a varie località turistiche, la casa è dotata di aria condiziona, di ampio balcone per pasti e relax e soprattutto di un parcheggio privato. Il padrone di casa cortese e sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Esperienza da ripetere.

Très bon séjour passé dans les Pouilles

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans la maison de Vicenzo. Tout s' est très bien passé. La maison est fonctionnelle et est très bien située pour visiter la région des Pouilles. Vicenzo était disponible et réactif tout comme son épouse. Hôtes très agréables. On recommande.

Appartement idéalement placé

L’appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Il dispose de tout le confort qu’on cherche pour des vacances avec deux chambres séparées notamment. La clim ( en supplément) est un plus quand il fait très chaud comme ça a été le cas cette année. Les atouts de ce bien par ailleurs : sa terrasse couverte et sa place de parking privée et fermée. Notre hôte a été accueillant et serviable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Schöne FeWo in toller Lage

Tolle Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Im Sommer sicherlich noch schöner; es war etwas einsam, da die Siedlung in der Nebensaison ziemlich ausgestorben ist. Fast alle Lokale geschlossen. Dafür in wenigen Kilometern Entfernung genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Baden war es leider schon zu kalt, aber wir hatten den Strand für uns. Der Strand ist teilweise ziemlich dreckig und voller Müll, zumindest in der Nebensaison. Ansonsten war alles okay. Vielen Dank an Enzo für seine Hilfe.

Vacanze pugliesi in zona tranquilla

Casa molto bella, pulita e super attrezzata. Veranda molto grande e con vista mare. L’Host Enzo è davvero simpatico e disponibile ad ogni necessità. Le spiagge sono a pochi passi dalla casa. Zona tranquilla adatta a una vacanza tranquilla con la famiglia, ben servita di ogni servizio dai ristoranti ai negozi di alimentari.

Mare, Ostuni, Alberobello, Polignano .... NON CERCATE ALTRO !!!!

Il posto è assolutamente "strategico" per godere del mare e fare delle belle escursioni alla scoperta della Puglia .... Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Monopoli, Ostuni, solo per citarne alcune, sono a pochi minuti di macchina ... Il posto è assolutamente tranquillo e mangiare in veranda con in sottofondo il rumore delle onde del mare non ha prezzo. La casa è molto curata ed accogliente (come da descrizione). Il posto auto privato all'interno della proprietà è un valore aggiunto. I proprietari abitano al piano di sopra e sono due persone simpatiche, discrete e molto disponibili .... Insomma, se volete andare in quelle zone, NON CERCATE ALTRO, perchè questa casa offre tutto quello che serve !!!!

Bien en général le propriétaire parfait.il est à l écoute et serviable. Mais lannonce n est pas complète il manque :de octobre à mai tout est fermer il faut absolument une voiture, pas de wifi non plus dans cette période

Posto abbastanza soddisfacente

Trascorso 10 giorni bellissimi la proprietà non manca nulla altrettanto il proprietario Enzo molto disponibile e affabile posto abbastanza bello posizione ottima spiagge vicine e mare limpido, posti da visitare basta spostarsi di poco per trovare di tutto, ci torneremo sicuramente non subito ovviamente.
