Fantastic house - all as per description - with very friendly hosts. Up the hills but close to parma and Bologna (1,5 hours). Great beds and fully equipped kitchen with fantastic plancha- BBQ. Great for hikes and to to enjoy nature. Cool in the evenings so did not need an airco. Plenty trees and shade. Would go again in a hart beat

Beautiful mountaintop villa

Host welcomed us to his family’s home with homemade honey, soap & lavender sachet! He also arranged a delightful balsamic vinegar tour! Fresh mountain air and view were wonderful! This was definitely an escape from the touristy cities. Everyone was so friendly! We also took longer day trips to Parma via car and Venice via train but loved coming back to this quiet villa. The 2 separate spaces worked well for our family and the pool, lounge chairs & hammock/swing were so relaxing!

Absolutely stunning place, as others have said, the pictures don't even capture the beauty of the view, the house and the property. Quite possibly the most beautiful setting I have ever seen. My wife was so inspired by the place that she drew a painting describing the area. On top of that, Marco is a fantastic host, very communicative, kind and very helpful, was always of there was anything. Finally, there are so many beautiful sites and restaurants nearby. Would recommend without any hesitation for a once in a lifetime experience.

Magnificent!

This property is stunning and the views are outstanding!!! The hosts are welcoming and responsive to requests. Kitchens are well stocked and there is plenty of seating in dining area. We were 6 and had plenty of space. Beds are comfortable and rooms are large. Even better than the photos. Very clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and the outdoor area was perfect for a bbq and dining al fresco while taking in the spectacular view. Highly recommend this property! A wonderful and unforgettable vacation home. Enjoy!

EXCEPTIONNEL

La propriété est paradisiaque, elle surplombe un paysage sublime et est très bien aménagée. De plus, elle est éco-responsable : la piscine est chauffé solairement, il y a un double vitrage qui garde la fraicheur à l'intérieur les jours de grosse chaleur, le tri des déchets scrupuleux est très bien organisé. Le linge est largement fourni et l'environnement est d'un calme irréprochable. Enfin, Fernanda, Marco et les autres sont tous charmants, serviables, incollables sur ce qu'il faut visiter et, en prime, le miel de la propriété est succulent. Rien à dire : cette propriété est exceptionnelle.

Heerlijk huis met zwembad en prachtig uitzicht

Als je de hele woning (eigenlijk dus beide woningen) huurt heb je een privé zwembad en veel privacy. De verhuurder reageert snel en heeft gezorgd dat we ons welkom voelden. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad met ligbedden is heerlijk. De hout BBQ bij de picknick tafel op het terras was een groot succes. Naast de prachtige wandelmogelijkheden in de directe omgeving is dit een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de musea van de motor valley (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Pagani, etc.). Vergeet ook niet een bezoek te brengen aan de Pietra Bismantova die je zelfs vanaf het terras van het huis kunt zien liggen. En natuurlijk Parma voor de ham en andere culinaire heerlijkheden.

Breath-taking view

The views from this property are absolutely breathtaking! While the property is not near any major sights, it is peaceful and beautiful. Fernanda was very responsive to my questions and her husband assisted us in guiding us around the area to point out places to eat and shop with. The pool was enjoyed by the family and we also also had a fabulous dinner grilling outside on the property. The pictures shown on this sight are accurate.

Villa molto bella in posizione strepitosa, immersa tra i monti dell'appennino reggiano..piscina ampia a 3 altezze, con il plus del panorama che ti circonda facendo il bagno...giardino attorno a casa pieno di piante e fiori (con annessi insetti...ma in mezzo alla natura ci sta!) Tante escursioni molto interessanti in zona..pur abitando nella stessa regione non immaginavo posti così belli!! Proprietari molto gentili.

Vue magnifique de la belle campagne d Emilia–Romagna

La maison de Fernanda est très confortable et pratique pour un séjour entre amis. Nous avons apprécié la piscine très bien entretenue et qui permet de se baigner dans un paysage de rêve. La terrasse avec sa grande table permet de passer de beaux moments en admirant les collines et en repérant toutes les si jolies promenades effectuées . C est une région fantastique pour ceux qui aiment la marche , il y a plein de sentiers ombragés qui mènent à des crêtes splendides. La nuit venue nous avons compté les étoiles filantes et apprécié le grand calme de la campagne. Merci à Fernanda et son mari qui nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Imponerende autentisk renoveret hus med gode faciliteter og malerisk udsigt

Denne feriebolig kan helt klart anbefales, hvis Italien skal opleves uden turister, men i fællesskab med familie eller venner. Huset er fascinerende på sin hel egen måde - velrenoveret, hyggelige rum med atmosfære, gode faciliteter og masser af plads. Derudover er der rent og pænt overalt. Udendørsområder er smukt anlagte med træer, buske og blomster - et fryd for øjet. Derudover er swimming poolen og poolområdet et dejligt samlingspunkt, når der skal slappes af og nydes. Huset ligger isoleret og øde, så der er mulighed for at høre fuglefløjt og nyde den maleriske udsigt fra poolområdet og fra det dejlige store plankebord, hvor måltiderne kan indtages. Der er ca. 3 km til købmand og bager, hvortil vi gik eller cyklede. Det er en smuk tur, som kan give de fleste sved på panden og få pulsen op. Vi havde selv MTB cykler med, hvor vi nød cykelturer rundt i områdets udfordrende bakker. Vi kan give stedet vores bedste anbefalinger til dem, som vil nyde at bo ude på landet. I øvrigt er familien, som ejer huset utrolig søde, venlige og hjælpsomme.

A beautiful house with amazing views for a relaxing holiday.

We were met and shown around the villa by the owners who were very helpful and settled us in. The house is well appointed, very clean, with quality fixtures and fittings. The outdoor area, pool and gardens are beautiful. We sat our every night and made good use of the bbq. We felt the photos didn't do the place justice as it was even more attractive than we expected.

Fantastisk atmosfære , smukke omgivelser og autentisk.

Vi havde 1 uge i dette hus som langt overstiger de billeder der er tilknyttet "annoncen". Det smukkeste view fra det udendørs spise-sted kan man ikke få nok af. Det udendørs bålsted/alternativ til grill fungerer perfekt, og bliver hurtigt det fortrukne samlingssted både før under og efter aftensmaden. Overalt hyggelig belysning som fremhæver huset i mørket. Lækker ren og velholdt swimmingpool i perfekt størrelse til 10 personer. Med en dreng på næsten 4 år er den lave ende af poolen rigtig god, og de 2.20 meter giver anledning til hovedspring fra den fine lille vippe. Oplevelsesrige gåture hvor der næsten er 100% garanti for se f.eks. rådyr, ræve, grævlinge og om aftenen kommer en lille kolibri forbi nogle af de utallige smukke blomster. Overalt, både ude og inde, er der virkelig rent og velholdt og alle de flotte flisebelægninger giver en helt unik stemning. Jeg vil varmt anbefale dette hus, og tror bestemt, at vi vender tilbage. Tak til Stefano og familie for en helt igennem perfekt ferieoplevelse for os alle.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso in mezzo alla natura

Sono stato con la mia famiglia più volte in questa bellissima casa immersa nel verde e con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne reggiane. Il posto è l’ideale per chi vuole staccare per qualche giorno dalla vita frenetica e dallo stress e vuole concedersi una pausa rilassante e rigenerante. La casa, ristrutturata di recente in maniera perfetta per rispettare l’ambiente circostante, offre tutti i confort necessari e l’esterno, con una bellissima piscina con acqua sempre limpida e ben tenuta, permette a famiglie con bambini di divertirsi in sicurezza. Nel periodo estivo, essendo ad un’altitudine di settecento metri ed avendo di fronte tutta la vallata, è l’ideale per evadere dalla calura della città. Per chi ama lo sport e le camminate è vicina a tutti i migliori itinerari sia a piedi che in bicicletta. Per quanto riguarda l’aspetto eno-gastronomico, la zona è ricca di trattorie tipiche e produttori artigianali. Infine una menzione speciale per i proprietari, Giorgio e Fernanda, sempre molto discreti ma nello stesso tempo pronti e puntuali a risolvere qualsiasi problema che si presenti. Mi sento di consigliare questo posto a chiunque.

lækkert hus

Vi havde en skøn ferie i dette dejlige sommerhus. Ejeren og hendes søn, var meget hjælpsomme og venlige. De hentede os i Valestra og viste os vej op til huset. Huset ligger utrolig smukt, med en fantastisk udsigt fra både terrassen og poolområdet. Indvendigt er huset også meget lækkert. Vi vil meget gerne tilbage til dette dejlige hus!

Bel week end rilassante tra amiche

Siamo quattro amiche di Mantova, abbiamo prenotato l'abitazione per passare qualche giorno in tranquillità e goderci l'arrivo dell'estate, ci è stata consigliata da amici che vi avevano già alloggiato. Siamo rimaste molto contente della soluzione scelta, perché la signora Fernanda, nostra coetanea, si è dimostrata molto cordiale e disponibile, senza però essere invadente, sempre presente sul posto, in caso di necessità. All'arrivo siamo rimaste piacevolmente stupite dalla cura dei fiori e dai colori del girardino. Abbiamo sfruttato nelle ore più calde la piscina e il parco, entrambi curati benissimo dal marito. La vista che si nota anche dalle foto, parla da sé. Abbiamo addirittura potuto assaggiare il pane fatto in casa, nella stufa a legna, davvero ottimo! Torneremo sicuramente anche perché abbiamo mantenuto i rapporti.

Eravamo due coppie, avevamo voglia di un week end fuori porta per goderci gli ultimi soli estivi immersi nel verde. Abbiamo trovato questa magnifica soluzione: una vista pazzesca, una piscina, e una casa solo per noi, con due camere da letto. Abbiamo confermato senza esitare e non ce ne siamo pentiti.Ci hanno accolto i proprietari, che per l'occasione alloggiavano nella struttura vicino, simpaticissimi e molto gentili. Fernanda è una grande padrona di casa, ci ha messo a nostro agio e si è resa disponibile per ogni evenienza, e Giorgio, che ci ha anche cucinato un'ottima grigliata di carne..dopo una giornata su quei lettini, tra piscina e sole, non potevamo finire in modo migliore la serata! L'abitazione è molto bella e curata, tutto pulitissimo e fornito di tutto ciò di cui si potrebbe avere bisogno. Peccato aver fatto solo due giorni. La consiglio a tutte le persone che cercano un'oasi di pace.

Meravigliosa Isola di pace

Buen retiro in mezzo al verde al fresco delle colline reggiane. Un luogo straordinario con vista su tutta la valle. Appartamento curatissimo, pulito e arredato con gusto. Accoglienza molto calorosa di Giorgio e Fernanda, ospiti perfetti. Torneremo!
