Chill Beach Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and a quick easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed some local restaurants and even got to play some pickleball.

Short Getaway with Mu Sister

Great Location

Can't beat the location, walk to town and walk to the beach. Very calm area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very usable. Would stay again. Wish the little town had more fish restaurants. Plenty of pizza places though.

Nice place good location

The condo was in a good location right next to the natural area and a few blocks from the beach. The place was clean with some new furniture and appliances.

It was beautiful

Had a great time, Unfortunately due to working in the area we were unable to enjoy for the three days we reserved unit for, we only got to spend one night. It was a great beautiful place

Nicely updated unit. Close to the beach. Comfortable bed/pillows & clean sheets/towels. Nice amount of cleaning products, etc in kitchen & bathroom to get your stay started. May need more for longer stays. We were very very comfortable there & would rent again.

Great Location

Unit is is a great location about 2 blocks from the beach and close to restaurants/shops. Check in and communication with property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. We would definitely recommend adding some utensils and cookware to the kitchen inventory for those who wish to cook in and not eat out. Otherwise everything was wonderful!

Great location-Very Quiet-Close to Beach

Well appointed and very clean. Good internet. We did meet Freddie the Fan Ghost. He would turn on the lights on the fan at night (sometimes 3 or 4 times in a row). Sometimes he would just turn fan off for no reason even after we turned it back on. Happened in all 3 rooms. Not sure what was going on so we chalked it up to Freddie the Fan Ghost😁

Great Weekend Getaway

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Very quiet and comfortable! The location is perfect - very short walk to the beach and it is across the street from the salt marsh estuary. Restaurants are also within walking distance. We had a wonderful weekend!

Quiet getaway

Nice quiet apartment, very clean. Two blocks off the beach so close by but you don't the foot traffic and noise of being right on the beach. Property manager was very responsive. We are definitely coming back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was nice, clean and updated. The location was quiet and only a couple blocks from the beach. Our second visit to carpenteria and we’d definitely stay here again. The bed was a little firm for my liking was probably the only negative thing. We enjoyed the boogie boards that someone left too.
