Just fifteen minutes from Hyères, the Giens Peninsula, and the ferry to the Golden Islands, Carqueiranne offers a unique Provençal atmosphere and a mild climate for an unforgettable vacation.

Welcome to Carbau
This T5/Triplex cottage of approximately 110 m² features a private garden and access to the pool within a secure residence. On the garden level, the air-conditioned living/dining room with an open kitchen opens onto the terrace and garden. Storage space and a separate WC complete this area. On the first floor, three bright bedrooms overlook the pool: two with double beds (140x200) and one with a Queen Size bed (160x200) opening onto a terrace. On the second floor, a relaxation area with a sofa bed (140x200) and a shower room with WC provide additional comfort.

Zentral gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir haben im Sommer 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist auf drei Stockwerken aufgebaut, wobei das Dachgeschoss sich voll in der Dachschräge befindet, was bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen zu einem Hitzestau geführt hat (Schlafen war fast unmöglich, weil es so heiß war). Dazu muss man sagen, eine Klimaanlage befindet sich nur im Erdgeschoß; das könnte bei einem Ausbau auf die oberen Stockwerke ausgebaut werden. Ansonsten ist das Haus perfekt für zwei Familien geeignet, Küche, Bäder, etc. ist alles OK, der Weg zum Pool ist sehr kurz (Pool ist gleich nebenan). Supermarkt, Strand, Hafen, Restaurants, etc. ist alles in kurzer Laufweite, Parkplätze sind direkt nur wenige vorhanden, aber ein großer kostenfreier öffentlicher Parkplatz ist 250m entfernt. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, ein Spielplatz ist direkt nebenan (gut für kleine Kinder). Insgesamt bis auf die fehlende Klimatisierung ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.
