We got in late and the keys were ready for us….for one night the accommodations were good! Very close to a beautiful beach near the hotel that we absolutely loved! Dolphins and calm bay waves. This was perfect for our trip! Thank you!

If you want to die of mold exposure, book the Franklin Inn. The sheets come prepped and ready with mold along with pillows. Staff was nice tho and helped me get a refund .

Our room was nice and clean, the staff was fantastic and super sweet. Loved them, the king sized bed was comfortable and the ac made the room nice and comfy. However, the shower was an accident waiting to happen. The floor of the shower was slippery so I threw a towel down for traction, there was nowhere to place shampoo or soap except on the toilet, there were no bars to hold onto. My husband is disabled so this made taking a shower extremely difficult. Fix this and we would love to come back the next time we’re in Carrabelle.

Parking was easy but a little down from the room. Room was ok. Lots of shops nearby including one right next door. Grocery store and the beach along with restaurants only less than a minute away. Most people were friendly, including the staff.

Wasn’t expecting much. Just needed somewhere to sleep for one night but unfortunately no one got any sleep. Those beds were so uncomfortable I think I would’ve rather slept on the floor and for a blanket you get a curtain… no I’m not kidding. It’s a paper thin sheet that looks and feels like it was just pulled off the curtain rod and thrown on the bed and called a “blanket”. I think jail beds are probably more comfortable than that thing they call a mattress.

Reserved a room for 2 days. Checked in an hour early but did not go to room just let them know I was in the area and went fishing. Later that evening came back to go to room the keys would not work for the door so some little 12-year-old girl sent by her mom to unlock my door with a physical key. Immediately stepping in the room the floors were sticky... Immediately wanted a shower the shower stall was slimy the shower curtain did not cover the entire shower stall so water went everywhere in the bathroom floor plus it appeared as though it had not been cleaned in a long time. Once done with the shower went to get something to eat came back ate and went to get in bed and there was sand all in the bed sheets and including several ants along with food crumbs. Pillows and covers smelled of body odor from someone who needed a shower. Personally I think the young girl and mother must stay in that room when it's not rented out I don't know that for a fact but the whole stay was terrible. At 3:00 in the morning I could not go to sleep so I just decided to drive back home two and a half hours away so I could get a decent night's sleep. Did not want to pay $200 more dollars for some other hotel in which you could not find an empty room anywhere. I ended up losing the second days rent because she would not reimburse me for the terrible room she rented out. Actually a despicable place that I will never stay at again. It's not worth $250 for two nights stay. 386-209-8903 for reimbursement
