Great for large families!

We had a great stay at Pelican Point. Great views, easy access, and dog friendly. Large enough for my whole family with the 7 beds and multiple bunks. Would definitely stay again.

Extended family vacation

Highlight - my 77 year old mother, who can’t do stairs, was able to move all about with no difficulty everything on one level awesome! Beautiful house! Amazing sunsets! Not to mention we had 14 guests and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep easy to spread out, and the shuffleboard was an extra bonus!

Perfect house for multiple families

This house was perfect for our family dynamic. It was extremely clean and had new appliances. We enjoyed entertaining on the huge back porch. The views were gorgeous and the location is perfect. Our kids were able to easily drive the golf cart into town for coffees and ice cream or to do a little shopping. We worried about the water level with our large boat, but we were able to go out and come in with no problem at all. The fishing was great! The only downside to this property is no pool but we managed since we stayed at the beach so late each evening. 😊 We will definitely stay here again.

Family gathering

St George Island and this house were perfect for our family gathering. 6 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 furry friends came together for an 80th birthday celebration. House and location were perfect. We also brought along the pontoon boat. That didn't work out as well. Dock was not equipped with water or platform for loading on and off a boat. The new dock was incomplete and mgt team and owner were not aware. The Management Team was quick to respond and we were very impressed with their attentiveness to our needs. Even though we were disappointed in the usefulness of the dock we would stay at this property again. Great for large gatherings. Jb in Tallahassee
