"Host swapped us to a different property further from town. No key on arrival, was told to go to a different office building to collect it at night. Office was locked and they had no code. Finally got the key, but apartment was in bad condition. Part of the ceiling fell down during our stay, there was mould in the bathroom, exposed electrical wires and no wifi. Also the elevator was open sided with just cardboard taped to the frame as walls. Nails sticking out of the floor in bedroom."

"Hotel was great, close to the centre of town - staff very helpful, rooms lovely, bar staff engaging. Reception staff helped us to locate somewhere to eat. Very nice indeed The parking is an adventure! The small parking is both entrance and exit! the spaces are also small so be aware if you have a large car. Also be brave and just go for it!"

"My stay at NH Oviedo Principado was very enjoyable. The hotel’s location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of the cathedral, the theater, excellent restaurants, and many of Oviedo’s main attractions. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. My room was spacious, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which made for a very pleasant stay. My only criticism concerns the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food selection were excellent, and the coffee was very good. However, the hot breakfast items, especially the eggs, were cold. I don’t enjoy eating cold eggs, and I didn’t feel comfortable asking the staff to reheat them. In hindsight, I would have preferred to have breakfast at one of the many nearby cafés. Despite this minor issue, I would gladly stay at NH Oviedo Principado again. It is an excellent hotel with a fantastic location and attentive staff. Next time, I would simply skip the hotel breakfast and enjoy one of Oviedo’s local breakfast spots instead."
