"My friend & I stayed for 3 nights in September. Lovely, homey & very clean property on a lake that holds many memories for me since 1951! Beautiful views of the lake from all the windows in living room, kitchen. Well equipped with everything you might need except bath towels. Front door lock was problematic, however Management cheerfully arrived in a flash to assist! Was late in the season, no one staying in neighboring homes & in spite of rain & cool weather we visited our favorite restaurants, shops & sights. The bench on the pier is wonderful for peaceful moments gazing out on Big Arbor Vitae Lake!"

"We had a great week at Old Stoney’s walleye cabin. It’s a quiet spot and easy access to the lake. The cabin was pet perfect with no carpeting. My only downside was the living room furniture was not comfortable for lounging at night. The beds were comfy though! Large bathroom and kitchen was nice for a small space. Great place for 4 people and pet max. "

"The property exceeded my expectations, owners did a great job of describing the property. Home was cozy for my family of 4. Lake frontage is not the best, however they didn't hide that and you can see that easily in the pictures. Its a short boat ride to the actual lake, like a couple minutes. The chain has a ton of water to explore and the fishing was pretty good for late summer. The dock was perfectly set up to securely park my 18 foot boat and I really appreciate that as most owners don't seem to care. Home has very fast internet and large TV's to keep the screenagers entertained. The grill was a new gas grill and was a joy to use on the deck overlooking the water. The home had a nice firepit, which was stocked with dry firewood. I would not hesitate to book again, we had a great time."
