「The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast had lots to choose from. Staff were friendly. Just a slight glitch when checking in. They gave me a higher room rate than my Expedia amount. But when I pointed out the difference it was quickly adjusted.」

「The stay was decent overall. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy outside during our stay, so we didn't get a good night's sleep. The kitchenette utensils were dirty, and the sink had an unpleasant odor. Opening the cabinets also released a strong musty smell, as if they hadn't been aired out or cleaned in a long time. But overall, for a night stay and the price. It’s decent.」

「Up charged a significant amount for the weekend. Overflowing garbage bins were right outside the door, making it so windows couldn’t be opened due to the smell. Poorly maintained. The room had multiple plastered holes in the wall. The furniture was stained and dirty. Every step and movement from upstairs could be heard in the room.」

「It was a great stay, the only thing we disliked was that our beds didn’t get made/ organized on the cleaning day, I believe it was because we had 1-2 things on the bed. Otherwise all good and great supportive staff!」

「The front desk staff member was very rude. We simply asked her for pool towels before heading to the pool because we didn’t know that towels were already available there. Instead of politely letting us know, she made facial expressions that made us feel like we were being judged for asking a simple question. She even came into the pool area and said, “Oh, they’re already here,” but her tone and expressions made us feel as though she thought we were stupid. The entire interaction left us feeling...
