不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
This appears to be a property that was converted from residential to hotel. The units themselves are very large. However, the maintenance was non existent. Nonfunctioning refrigerators, non-working air-conditioning. Service is also subpar – housekeeping only came after multiple requests. The toilet paper was rationed, as were the towels.We purchased an all-inclusive package and found the food barely edible. The rules for the “all inclusive” meant getting any drinks, including soft drinks and water - only during the hours of 11 AM to 6 PM. Otherwise you were charged even for a basic room service request. The staff were friendly and did their best but our 7 day stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I would not return nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
