If you wish to stay close to the airport, the Walled City, Boca Grande, and the beach this is the perfect location!

This condominium features a Rooftop Pool with sea view and an aerial view of airport. The building is zoned for hotel/residential use in one of the safest barrios in Cartagena.

This condominium has four bedrooms with one 1 King, 1 Queen, and 3 Full Size Beds plus a futon. There are also three Full Bathrooms including HOT WATER with all new Samsung appliances.

Perfect for business travelers, remote workers, families, small groups, or any visitor with short term stays and extended/modified travel plans.

This spacious condominium has Netflix in all rooms and is WiFi Intelligent with all SAMSUNG appliances featuring a 75 in SAMSUNG SMART UHD TV, Two 50 inch SAMSUNG OLED TV's, SAMSUNG refrigerator, AC (each room), washer and driver.

The King and Queen Bedrooms each contain a computer desk perfect for remote workers and learners. The King suite and fourth bedroom both contain a bathroom inside each unit.

This apartment does allow guests and visitors. Visitors are allowed access anytime of the day or night with government ID.

Guests have indoor garage space for two cars with remote control access by request.

Close to the airport, great space and guest friendly.

I enjoyed my stay. It’s located in a safe neighborhood, the staff is friendly, it’s close to the airport, the living space is good and it is guest friendly.
