"This hotel insists on a $100 deposit in case of damage. Eight days after checking out, the $100 charge has not been released. The hotel does not claim there was any damage, but says the problem is with my bank. Never staying in this chain of hotels again. "

"Great room! Staff was very friendly and helpful!! VERY disappointed in the breakfast... Far worse than any other Hilton I've stayed at.., no hot food. Only hard boiled eggs. I'm used to little omelets, sausage or bacon at other hiltons. And even cheaper motels had make your own waffles or pancakes. They had bagels and muffins but they were on the stale side. At least there was a toaster. There were fresh oranges and apples but no bananas. A yogurt and cereal were offered... The first morning I came down at 8:30 and the coffee was gone and I couldn't find the salt or pepper for the hard boil eggs. The second morning the eggs were definitely what was left from the day before and MUCH harder to peel. I would DEFINITELY stay here again though because it was SO easy to drive to the Staten Island Ferry (which is FREE!) and take the subway to anywhere in the city. $3 subway fare is a real bargain! Definitely worth staying at, just skip the breakfast and eat at one of the great Jersey dinners."

"The room was clean the staff was nice but what they don’t disclaim is that on top of the money you pay they charge you $100 of deposit that they will refund you but the money takes days to go back "

"This hotel has gone downhill since the firstbw times ive stayed there...even w staff. Room...DOG HAIR everywhere. WHY do you put guest in rooms that pets hv been in. REFRIGERATOR DIRTY... Bathroom..Hair everywhere. I called front desk because my tub was holding the water while showering,no one ever showed up to fix it after calling 2xs.. All this after changing rooms because they gave me the wrong room the 1st time...I will never stay here again!! "

"The beds and pull out sofa were very comfy. The room fit 5 of us perfectly and the hotel was very clean and kept looking nice."

"They never said they don’t had any service for cleaning rooms when we checked in. The room was not as clean as I expected toothpaste stains near sink and bathroom not detailed cleaned. Beds horrible. We booked a room of four people and were only given three towels. Then only give three more cause they had no more due to staffing issues. "
