Just 10 minutes from Lake Point Sports complex & within walking distance to downtown Cartersville where you'll have easy access to tons of Restaurants, Bars, Shops, and local attractions like the Booth Western Art Museum and the Etowah Indian Mounds Historic Site!! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home. This wonderful property features 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 bunk bed, perfect for a tranquil getaway. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washer & dryer.Enjoy thea fenced backyard with a fire pit.

Walked in to chirping smoke detectors, no lighbulbs in lamps, grass not cut, dirty towels from previous guests in bathroom, shower curtain rods used for bedroom closets, clothes went crashing to the floor, refrigerator dirty, ice maker/water on fridge don't work, overall just DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY!!!!! IF there is a "cleaning lady" demand a refund and fire her immediately. Best part if I cleaned the toilets because they were.........you guessed it, DIRTY!!!!

Location

I know you cant control neighbors but one neighbor has multiple xats gettin on top of our car. Hot water was out in shower but property plans to fix. There is a train that runs 2 3 times a night that will wake you up. Place is clean looks like inside is newly redone. Neiborhood is old old grass in backyard has not been cut for several days

Perfect for small Family

Very nice! Quiet for the most part. A few dogs in the neighborhood, but all good. Very nice neighbors. Close to everything. We would stay again!
