Have stayed here twice. Nice hotel, hidden but near everything. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Staff very nice.

Check-in process was easy. Lobby and entrance were decently clean. Elevator smelled like cigarette smoke. Brochures hi-lighting local attractions were from 2024, and it’s now June 2025. Room smelled like a wet dog till we turned the AC on. Almost asked for a room change but wife and kids were already unpacked. Probably should have booked at the Holiday Inn Express next door

Excellent hotel in Cartersville

Reception was very polite & friendly. Loved the cookie at arrival. The room was convenient, clean, well maintained & had an awesome shower. Breakfast had excellent variety & food was delicious. We loved this place.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast staff keep things clean and stocked. Rooms were clean, the hotel areas were clean. The only negative was that there were no towels by the pool.

The staff at this Hampton Inn was very nice. Ashley Blanks was more than friendly and accommodating, even making a fresh pot of coffee at 8 pm. Room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was limited- bacon would have been nice. The room was tiny and crowded. The carpet in both the lobby and the room was musty smelling. The walls were dingy, the bedspread a dingy looking white.

Okay but overpriced.

Passing through town. Stayed one night. Personnel were very friendly. Bed and bathroom nice. Furniture, carpet needs to be replaced. Some strong astringent smell. Expected better at a Hampton. Way overpriced for the facility.

I appreciated that they allowed pets on the property, but also, that most of the staff liked them. The room was comfortable and had a good mattress. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. I found minor debris on the carpet and the corners of the shower were dirty. The front desk staff were welcoming, cheerful, and provided good recommendations for area services.
