We paid in advance for a king room and reserved it only to find out they gave out room away to someone else. Why make a reservation if it will not be honored. Inconvenient stay staff was no help. There were NO towels available either.

Keycard access from the courtyard rooms parking would be really nice for the guests. My room was near the doors, but I had to walk to the other end of the wing or around the hotel to get in.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Liked the dual entrance to the room, had an indoor and outdoor entrance. Discovered door to outside didn't latch very well and would open with a hard shove so that was concerning. On day two our closet shelf fell off the wall, staff took care of the situation but again concerning.

Gentleman who checked me in was wonderful! He made sure my check in was quick and apologized he was away from the when I came in and that he was helping another guest. I normally do not choose Days Inns. If I were in the are again I would choose this location. Very affordable and I booked the as soon as I arrived in town since my other lodging was not available after conformation.

Bring your own broom/dustpan. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Check-in staff was very friendly. Seemed like there was only one person on staff, even during the check-out/breakfast rush in the morning. Floors in the rooms and hallways were extremely dirty - large pieces of debris and garbage. Breakfast is typical items, but hot items need to be microwaved since they're served out of a refrigerator. Not terrible, but slow. Overall, it fit our need for beds and showers for a quick stop, but I wouldn't stop again.

If you’re expecting a cleanliness, don’t. There were old band aids stuck to hall walls, actual blood on bathroom floor, 2 dirty masks in our room, and cleaning supplies, no trash bags, and one towel. The staff last night at the front desk was arrogant and rude, they had me pay a $60 deposit for a room even though I paid thru Expedia on the room, no where did say a deposit $60 was needed all because my licenses hasn’t changed since I moved to Oklahoma recently. Then when I mentioned my dog that was an additional deposit. I got them back upon checking out but only AFTER they had to go look out our room which they didn’t even do…we will not be back.

Would stay again
The stay was good. The sheets kept coming off the corners though anytime you turned in bed. The shower head should be updated but it worked really well. There is a current remodel happening so the hallways were kinda messy but the room was pleasantly clean and comfortable. We would stay again if we pass though again. Breakfast looked good but we were in a hurry. The front desk lady was really friendly when we checked in. The lady who checked us out was nice too.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The cockroaches were abundant, there was possibly period blood on my sheets, lipstick on one of our washcloths and the jacuzzi was slick getting in to it. They offered me a different room, but I imagine the roaches were everywhere with as many as I saw in my room. I informed 3 different employees over the course of our stay and this morning the guy jokingly said, “then why’d you stay?” They were in our bathroom and doorway to the hallway area. There was even one on my daughters coat trying to hitch a ride when we left. Breakfast was all microwaveable. Nobody wanted to eat though after what we experienced. Crazy amount of bugs for as clean as the place actually was.

The hotel itself is in pretty rough shape. The dirt was a buildup over time. I paid for two nights but did not end up staying either night. I returned midway through the second day and checked out. The woman at the front desk was amazingly kind.
