“Nikki was outstanding! We had a large group with 5 rooms and she made sure we were all on the same floor and happy with our rooms. She was very friendly and personable. We enjoyed her upbeat personality and her eagerness to make sure we were happy with our stay.”

“Had to stay in Carthage for an extra night so decided to stay at Best western to give it a try. We got to the room really late and at 8 months pregnant all I wanted was to take a shower and sleep. I had to leave my stuff in the car, so I hop in the shower just to find my self wet and there was no shampoo no body wash no conditioner. Nothing. Had to come out to the room to call front desk and their phone didn’t even work. I called them from my personal phone and had to wait soaking wet until they……

“Our toilet handle was broken but functional. Bad on me that I forgot to report but I bet housekeeper flushes every day. Clean and quiet. GPS had a hard time getting us there. It’s on a dead end road.”

“The folks at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The property was a bit suspect and made ya rethink staying. Of course ya get what ya paid for and nothing more. There was some lady fighting at the back of the property when we were going to our room lol the room had a few bugs crawl across the floor which hubby killed. Very noisy from the other rooms. Paper thin walls, windows and ceiling apparently. Not sure I would stay there again if given the choice but adequate for a quick overnight……

“The shower had mold. The door to bathroom would not shut all the way. There is a small patch of grass they have labelled for “dogs”.”

“Overall, a good experience. I had reserved a room with two twin beds but the hotel didn't have them available when we arrived the first night of our reservation. The hotel put us in a room with a king size bed with a couch with a pull out bed. The pull out bed mattress was weathered and had some dark stains on it to the point, the person who would have slept on it, chose to make other arrangements. Not getting the twin beds turned out to be a bit inconvenient but not too bad. The staff was very……
