“We really enjoyed the property and being able to take walks, enjoying nature and relaxing. Also, it was nice to be able to bring our dog with us.”

“Our stay at Reason Ranch was idyllic. We counted at least 20 different trails and hikes on the property itself. Children, dogs, and adults were all thrilled. In the middle of our stay came the snowstorm that made a beautiful place even more stunning. Cozying by the fire every night, we never had a problem with heat, power, OR WIFI! But the owner and (for lack of a better term) property manager Terry checked on us nonetheless. Can't say enough about how gracious and generous they both were in……

“The overall experience was nice and the host was very responsive. But the RV was not in the location that was posted in the listing. I was excited to view the sunrise out the RV door or view nature. However the RV has been moved closer to the owners property and the view is just the owners house instead. Im addition the second bedroom didn't have curtains on all the windows so not very private. But the price was right and if the RV was in the place as the listing I would definitely stay here……

“This was a great getaway spot for my boys and I. Plenty of room for the four of us. As the description of the place says, I highly suggest a high profile vehicle. I am thankful I have a Tahoe, because I would imagine taking a low sitting car up the road that goes right to the house, would not be a good idea. We ventured into Nashville one day and into Cookeville. Plenty of cookware. There was even an electric griddle that I used to make pancakes on. We sleep with box fans for white noise. They……

“The cabin was perfect for the 5 of us. Close to Smithville (go to Smithville Donuts!!!) and Cookeville…and centrally located for the waterfalls we wanted to visit. Beautiful cabin and super clean!”

“Very impressed with cleanliness. Great cabin.the only thing that I would change is a handrail on the right side of the stairs. I have some mobility issues with my Left arm and leg and nothing to hold on to with my good hand on the right. My fault for not checking. LoL😊 beautiful large rug under the dining table but the chairs get caught and do not go back very well. Almost took my husband down! LoL 😆 overall great place . Would highly recommend.”

“We had the best time during our long weekend stay. This is the perfect house for families - 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 upstairs. Everyone had their own space but we were also able to hangout together and play games and eat family dinners inside and out on the deck. The decks have the best views of the lake. “This was a very beautiful property with a gorgeous scenery. Six people were in our party and it had plenty of room to accommodate us. Less than 5 miles from a convent store and within a 30 minute drive to the next big city. However, to get to the property from the main road was rougher than expected. You do need an all-wheel drive vehicle for the last 2 miles to get up a steep hill coming and going. Overall, it was a great stay and we made lots of fun memories. Would book again in the future!”
