Casa Alys - Villa with private pool and sea views

"We loved our stay at Casa Alys. There were 10 adults across 2 generations and it worked perfectly for us. It was in a nice quiet location but was really easy to get into the town, literally 4 minutes in a taxi. We hired a car so it was easy to get to the supermarket, there was a small shop within walking distance. The pool was great and there were enough sunbeds for all of us, which surprisingly isn’t always the case. We actually didn’t spend that much time inside the villa, apart from sleeping, as the weather was so hot. We spent a few nights outside and made use of the barbecue. All the beds were comfortable. Any questions we had were responded to quickly, the only issue we had was there weren’t enough pool towels but that was sorted the next day so no problem there. If I was to give some constructive criticism, the villa was missing a full length mirror. Six girls getting ready for a night out without a mirror was a bit stressful! I would recommend the villa and if we were to stay in Carvoeiro again we would definitely look at staying at Casa Alys."

"The resort was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only issue we encountered was that basic toiletries, such as shampoo / conditioner and soap etc, were not provided. This was quite inconvenient, especially for travelers. At a minimum, this should be clearly communicated during the booking process so guests can come prepared."

"This is a really lovely villa. Perfect for families. Beautiful pool. There is everything you need nearby - small supermarket, 3 good restaurants. Local taxi services very good so if not hiring a car easy to arrange transport to Caraveiro and other locations. Highly recommend a visit to Zoomarine. We are already planning a return visit."

"it was a good stay no real complaints other than the listing isn’t fully accurate the host is literally right next door and you can see a door connecting the two properties that has been painted over, and i won’t lie when we first got there i expected this to be a problem beacuse when you pay for a villa you kind of expect the freedom to do what you want without interfering with another person but they didn’t have any problems and left us to it so in the end it wasn’t a problem. the pool was lovley aswell as the outdoor seating area."
