「My husband and I visited in late October and were so happy we chose this home. The coastal view was unreal and the seals popping up were so special and we got a lot of enjoyment watching the local bird life as well! On a clear night the moon and stars shown so brightly over the water it was incredible. The house is clean and comfortable. AC can come in useful on hot days. The kitchen is well equipped and well stocked. The deck is a strong plus - it is comfortable and has great views. 「This location was perfect. Close enough for a nice visit with family. Queen bed was very comfortable and we liked our linens and towels. Refrigerator was empty but not cleaned- the only real negative. We had to bring in toilet paper as house only had 1.5 rolls. Otherwise it was all very good.」

「Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our recent week on the pond! My husband & I were there with our young adult children and their friends. During the week we ranged from 4 - 6 occupants & there was plenty of room for all. The home is very clean and nicely decorated. 「This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer.
