No information that hotel was under reconstruction. No hair dryer in room. Water faucet installed backwards... hot was cold and cold was hot. TV and other items were sharing a multiple that was loose. No USB port for charging devices. Breakfast was lacking ketchup and other items. Most expensive ...

GreenTree Inn & Suites Florence
Toilet broken, had to open the water tank each time to pull the chain so it can be flushed. Soap bottle empty at the sink. Bed was not made while we’re there.

Best Western Gold Canyon Inn & Suites
Couldn’t get towels or washcloths out of washcloths so gave me hand towels stay was 5 days. Breakfast was good for 2 days other days was terrible rooms definitely need update shower hot water gets cold after 10 minutes. Other than that enjoyed Arizona.
