We needed a house with 5 beds and three bathrooms. This place was perfect. Great beds and furnishings. The pool was so clean and looked inviting but the January weather was too chilly

No communication. Check in was 4pm and didn't get until 6pm. Personally had to drive to property to make sure not a scam. Talked to Housekeeper. Very helpful. Hot tub broke for entire week. Insufficient drink ware (3 wine glasses for a house that sleeps 8-10). Workers show up 6:30 am on Saturday morning. Waking everyone and littles up. Still have not received our deposit.
