"My stay at this hotel was overall positive. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary mini bar was a nice convenience and added to the overall value. Breakfast was very good (9/10) with a solid variety of options and good quality food. The main drawback was the in-room TV system. It was quite restrictive — there were no streaming or casting options, and no built-in apps such as YouTube or Netflix. For a hotel of this level, a more modern entertainment setup would be expected. Aside from that, everything else met expectations, and the experience was pleasant overall. Huge shoutout to the receptionist who checked us in (unfortunately I forgot her name but maybe Amalia?). She was super friendly and answered a lot of our questions regarding transportation and our stay there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who plans to stay in Naples."

"Room spacious if sparsely furnished, but everything you might need. Beds comfortable. Bathroom spotless, water hot. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby for just 1 Euro. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from railway station and airport bus stop. Choice of excellent restaurants just a short walk across the Piazza Gariboldi. Would definitely stay here again. Can't fault it, we even had a roof top terrace overlooking the Piazza!"

"The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing. He arranged for our taxi to the airport and processed our check out quickly and professionally. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but we stayed in mid-October. The breakfast was wonderful - many quality items to pick from. The location was walkable from the train station. The neighborhood was noisy, but with our window closed it did not bother us. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!"

"My single room was quite basic, but as I used it mainly as a base to explore Naples, that wasn’t a problem. Housekeeping cleaned the room scrupulously each day and replaced the refrigerated bottles of water. The entire hotel looked spotless, and the breakfast spread offered an excellent start to the day. The location is ideal for the airport — just a five-minute walk, though you do need to cross a few busy roads. It’s also convenient for reaching the city centre via the often-crowded Alibus, although squeezing onto it each day did start to feel a bit of a chore after a couple of trips. Next time, I might just take a taxi instead."

"Very convenient to the Naples airport for the reasonable price. The pizza place next to the hotel was great. Such an Italian atmosphere! The only thing I want to mention the problem with the taxi. The front desk booked taxi for us for 4:45 am to go to the airport. The taxi didn’t show up. That’s the company hotel always works with. Maybe they should not. Doesn’t look like reliable company. "
