「Very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Real. The staff were very attentive, polite and patient with us. We do not speak any Spanish, and the staff did not speak English, but it was easily accommodated by using translation on our phones and texting through What’sApp. As Canadian travellers this hotel seemed very elegantly furnished. The dining facilities and the bar felt like what the luxury hotels of 100 years ago would be like in the best way. There were very few other guests when we stayed there....

「The room with balcony was nice and had a great view over the valley. It was quite. The staff was nice and they served a great breakfast. Jacuzzi was unfortunately with cold water and no working jets. Be aware this hotel it is out of town and if you do not have your own transportation you have to get a lot of taxis. You can walk for about 20 minutes to town, but at night I do not recommend it. We loved staying out of town in the country site. 」
