2-room apartment, approx. 50 square meters, ground floor, first or second floor: living/dining room with double sofa bed and kitchenette (electric hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave). Double bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony or terrace.

The small holiday complex (11 apartments - 3 floors) is family-run and it is located in a quiet location, at only 300 meters from a small rocky bay with a sandy beach.
There are other beautiful beaches in the area, such as La liscia, Liamone, etc.
The apartments are on the ground, first or second floor, all with a furnished balcony/terrace, simply furnished but very well maintained.

At guests' disposal there is a restaurant, a large garden, reception, parking lot.
Distances: in Tiuccia, 300 m, small grocery store (which may be closed in low season), restaurant. More shops in Sagone (6 km away). Bastia about 160 km away. Ajaccio 29 km.

Tiuccia is a small seaside resort on the west coast of Corsica, located on the Gulf of La Liscia, where long beaches of white sand stretch and crystal clear waters invite you to swim.
Over the years the place has become a famous destination thanks to its panoramic views, beautiful vegetation and proximity to Ajaccio (only 29 km).

The price includes gas, water, electricity, 1st bedlinen and towels set, final cleaning (apt must be cleaned before check out, or € 50 to be paid). Not included and to be paid on location: Damage deposit € 200, bed linen and towels change € 10 / person / change (on request), pets not allowed, Tourism Tax € 0.60 / person / day (free 0-18 years),

Sejour Tiuccia

Très bon séjour à Tiuccia, les hôtes sont vraiment très gentils, nous ne manquerons pas de leur faire un petit dés notre retour en Corse.
