I truly loved this hotel! It was my first time in Rome, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay really enjoyable. They were so helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions, making everything so convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

1. AC in the hotel rooms were poor. We were in NYX hotel in hot summer (aug / mercury hitting 100 deg f). ACs in the room were so bad that we were sweating through the night and could not sleep.
2. Originally we were provide a upgraded room which was slightly larger ( called junior suite) - but it was worse given that AC Power was lower and could not cool the room until you sit / stand next to AC. Hotel staff was kind enough to shift me back to original smaller room which had marginally better cooling.
3. We also did not get any rooms with views. Its location is good right next to supreme court and nearby hotels but i was not sure if metro was accesisble. I took taxis everywhere.
