Casamicciola Terme Pet-friendly Hotel

"This hotel made our time in Italy. Of everywhere we stayed, all staff were exceptional in their service and couldn't do enough to help. They went above and beyond in all aspects. The food was the best we tasted in all Italy and so we stayed in to eat. The atmosphere and ambience was just right, with a lovely pool area, spa and gardens. I highly recommend "

"Our stay here was perfect. The room was great, location excellent and the beach was the best. The views! We were blown away by how lovely and helpful the staff are. The breakfast team are hilarious, sassy and wonderful. The front desk team are next level beyond. Our ferry got cancelled due to bad weather and the front of house team worked super hard to get us and bunch of other guests on a bigger ferry back to the mainland so we wouldn't miss our connecting flights. They made a miracle happen...

"We had a great time and a great host. My only downside of this place is that the bed comfort was so so. However, our host went above and beyond. The cleanliness of the room was great. We wanted to rent a scooter and he found a place that delivered it to us. Our room had a big patio with a beautiful view of the bay. We had a great time!"

"First off, the people were incredibly helpful. We stayed at the Bed and Breakfast, and Luigi did everything he could to help us. The breakfast in the morning is great. We wanted to check out the city on our last day, and they let us keep our bags in the room, even after check out so we wouldn't have to drag them around town.
