"Dear Management Team, I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay. I have been visiting your hotel since 1994, and because I care about the property and want to see it continue to succeed, I feel it is important to bring a few maintenance concerns to your attention. During my stay, I experienced issues with the shower. For a hotel of your reputation, guests expect all basic room features to be fully functional upon arrival—specifically including a proper lighting and a fully working shower/bathroom. Please ensure that room maintenance and quality control inspections are kept to a high standard so that basic amenities are completely ready before a guest checks in. I am sharing this constructively in the hope that it helps improve the experience for future guests,"

"We have been staying at this property for years but this time it really was below standard. Our ac leaked and initially was spraying my husband. The technician tried to fix it but was really was unable to complete the repair. There was remodeling being done on our floor (4th) so housekeeping was minimal, did not replace Kleenex, towels, did not vacuum, left vacuum in the hallway, etc The breakfast however, was fantastic! It was delicious, had good service and the dining area was clean. We love the location of this hotel so we will probably return and just hope all these little issues will be addressed and resolved."

"Room was clean and it was very nice. Only thing was that it didnt have a key to lock it even though nothing was stolen. But would like privacy and should be given a key."
