「This was just right for a weekend getaway for one person to relax and decompress. Very comfortable stay, very quiet, some traffic sounds but hardly noticeable. The location is excellent both for getting around to beaches and stores/restaurants around Anacortes and the surrounding areas. The hosts are lovely people. I will definitely keep this little gem in mind next time I am in the area!」

「The view was amazing. There was no access to the private beach as advertised due to significant damage to the stairs. The hammock had weeds growing through it and the patio furniture was pretty moss covered. We did enjoy both the outdoor and indoor fireplaces which was lovely, however we were concerned there was no smoke detectors or fire extinguisher incase of an accident. Overall it was a nice stay with outstanding sunset views. 」

Only 2 things to note, of you like Livingroom ambiance bring a lamp as the lighting is efficient but a bit harsh for nighting and if your looking for a stargazing hot tub...

「Fabulous and quirky house full of nostalgia and really fun art. Loved the house for our family. The upstairs was such a neat place with a beautifully remodeled bathroom. The whole family could fit. 「The location of the property & provision for off street parking was great. A short walk through well tended/ quiet residential streets toward Green Lake was a welcomed feature after a long travel day. 「Perfect place as a base to explore Whitby. Spotlessly clean with lots of little extra touches.」

「We only stayed 2 nights. Would have liked to stay longer. The cottage is clean and comfortable amidst beautiful trees and flowers. Nice view of the water. It would be ideal for a single traveler or couple to stay longer and read a book or just enjoy the peacefulness of the place. Downtown Langley and the Clinton ferry are nearby.
