「Very nice place, everything is new and updated. Close to Dyersville, we were in town for a baseball tournament.There was a bad storm that went through with tornado warnings and Nick checked in on us to make sure we were safe and that we had power. We were also able to check in an hour early which was very nice. Nick was responsive to my messages. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「This is the second time we've stayed at this property. It's within walking distance to great food and drinks IF you even want to leave the property. The beds are so comfy. 「Great place for a scattered family to gather. Well equiped for making meals and memories. 」

「Property is very clean, we loved how everything was labelled in the apartment. The stairs going up to it are quite steep so be aware of that if anyone in your party has mobility issues. All the linens were wonderful (towels are incredibly soft). The TVs were nice, and all of the furniture is comfortable. You can walk to pretty much anything in the downtown area. 」

「All was good. A very unique and interesting house. No complaints whatsoever. We loved our stay for our siblings get together. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at Cheryl’s house in Dubuque. The home is very comfortable with everything we needed. Beds are comfortable (the bed in the master is huge!). The dog loved the very large fenced yard. Cheryl was very helpful and communicative and had some great suggestions of restaurants in the area. 」

「We stayed here with another couple while going to a concert is a very clean and well maintained. Host was very helpful, and there were fans in each bedroom which was amazing because we forgot to bring one with will defidently be back when we visit Dubuque IA again!!!」
