"We had a good stay, room waa very large, unfortunitly it was at the roof top of heating and ac elements,so noisey and doors close hard and quick if not held onto so we heard a lot of slamming doors. Room needs renovating, old furniture that is falling apart and wood chipped. Shower wall had a pourly done repair to it. Shower wall was patched and caulking it turning color. Ceiling must of had a leak and repair waa done poorly. We are in the construction field,so we see these things. Floor had some chip and waa dirty upon arrival and sink stopper didnt stay open so water filled constantly. Elevators,only 1 working and it smelled horrible to the point i got nauseas everytime taking the only one operating. Employees all seemed kind"

"This place needs renovation and to keep staff that knows how to maintain the property. I had a handicap accessible room,no coffee maker, no mini fridge, no hair dryer or complementary soap or shampoo. The toilet was constantly soaked from humidity and I had to leave the bathroom fan on all night to dry it. It said no smoking but there was so much pot being smoked that my 15 month old puppy, retired veteran husband and I had to block under the door with a towel because no one could breathe. We couldn't open the window for air because people were smoking outside our window. The floor was so sticky if you walked in socks, you stuck to the floor. One door in and out which looks like someone broke into it cause it just swings in the wind and won't close normally..I saw more people on drugs than general people normally seen at motels. I know that some places are struggling but it doesn't show if it's managed correctly. Breakfast bar is coffee only and microwave is in the lobby, looks nothing like the website. Don't stay,unless you are desperate. We needed be in portland for a family member who was critical in the hospital..I have seen rest stops in better condition."

I stayed on a floor that the ice machine was broken but I was able to travel to another floor to get ice. "

"The room was decently sized and very clean with comfortable beds and very comfortable pillows. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good! I had eggs, sausage, toast and a muffin with coffee to drink. Parking was easy, free and plentiful! Ive stayed here before and would again in the future! "

"Dormir in Windham was perfect for my needs. The front desk agent who checked me in at 2:00 a.m. was friendly and helpful. The hotel reception area and my room were spotlessly clean. My room had a really nice configuration: one large bed (much better than the typical 2 queens for a single guest!), a couch, plenty of floor space, plenty of electrical outlets, lots of storage areas to stash my stuff, and a decent-sized bathroom. The Dormir was perfect. Thank you!"

"Hotel was ok for the price. We stayed there for one night to attend a Seadogs game. The beds are not that comfortable and the bathroom is really small. The pool could be cleaned a little better and the breakfast that is included is donuts in a basket. Parking was good and hotel is close by to many things. "
