"I liked this place, staff were very friendly and we were offered cold water and/or coffee upon arrival. Keys are a bit sticky in the street entry door and door to the hotel inside. Also, this hotel is located on the second floor and has a small, slow lift (not uncommon in Italy in my experience). Lighting in the rooms was able to be cycled through normal and coloured ambient lighting which was nice and relaxing. Room was spacious and had a balcony, air con worked well. Our only complaint is not about the apartment, but the area around the apartment. It was dirty and seemed a bit rough. However, I'm told most of Naples is this way, and this area is no different. Either way, the apartment itself is great."
