“Hotel room looks old. Room is very hot. I need to open the door for fresh air. Internet suck! No internet connection for my Computer and phone. Or connected but very slow even could not receiving email. The situation will become better only if they have the tourists group. If the group gone, the internet suck again. No a busy hotel! I’m the only one in my floor. When I go out the elevator, all dark. It is scary.... Poor service of the front desk! When asking more for the bill copy, they will……

The restaurant Mosteiro is exceptional, with food of an impeccable standard. Finally, all the staff in the hotel are courteous, friendly and helpful.
