"I never write reviews but Daniel from the front desk went above and beyond for my mother and myself. He was so super helpful. All the staff was great. The area felt safe and very beautiful. I love the roof top view.
My mom had an accident while walking near by and when we got back to the hotel Daniel and Ricardo carried my mom in a chair up to her room. She was unable to walk and in a lot of pain. They didn’t think twice or have an attitude. We offered to tip and they wouldn’t accept. Throughout our stay, though Daniel was so helpful. Not mention I could communicate with him exceptionally. The text system the hotel has set up is great. I needed a hotel and it was brought to my room in minutes.
I would recommend this beautiful hotel for so many reasons. I love this hotel and their staff. ❤️"

Cuesta mucho regular el agua y la presión es muy baja. Horario de check-in limitado. No tiene cafetera. El wifi es muy malo, tuve problemas para intentar trabajar y hacer operaciones online. "
