“Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good.
In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space.
Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice.
Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city.”
“Couldn’t recommend enough, staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They made it pleasurable. Super clean everywhere and the food was delicious. Cannot fault any of our stay. The pool area is nice and peaceful.”
“We were warmly received by Donatella and her daughter, Francesca. Donatella was very gracious and created marvelous treats for breakfast. Her homemade apple strudel was the best I’ve ever had. Francesca was amazing and helped us coordinate ferry schedules, dinner reservations, and activities. The setting is gorgeous and idyllic. Truly a unique and fabulous stay.”
“Servicio personalizado y esmerado por todo el staff incluyendo los dueños, con una mención muy especial sobre Mauricio. Realmente te hacen sentir en familia. Una vista espectacular y habitaciones modernas y confortables.”
“Everything was great until it was time for us to check out an early morning. No staff was to be found. We called the number that we were given if we needed help no one answered. They lock the front door so you’re trapped in there. Unless you go out through the garden did I mention it was pouring rain and I had all my bags with me and had to wait for the car service outside in the rain other than that the place was great”
