As a whole the hotel was good, the only frustrating aspect was the poor WiFi. This is very slow so zoom calls and streaming was next to impossible. Otherwise the staff are very helpful.

The room was clean. The carpet was scary. Spongy in a weird way. Much of the equipment needs to be repaired. Bed was comfortable. I paid in advance. My credit card had a $50 hold placed on it when I checked in. I don't know if this hold has been returned to my account. That's not a 'deal' when there are additional charges added in. The staff members were all very nice and helpful.
