卡斯縣共管公寓

「This place was perfect for multifamily vacation. Every family was able to choose their own room in a section of the house so nobody was stepping on each other‘s toes and they were able to spread out and have their own space. It was perfect. The host was quick to respond and very kind hearted. He thought about everything. The kitchen was well equipped, and we did not need to go out and purchase items to get through the day. The balcony was a focal point where everybody loved to gather around in...

「It’s in a great area. Just not a 4/5 star property」

「We were traveling with my 88 year old mother. This property had 1 dedicated parking spot (a great feature if you know how challenging parking can be in KC) and plenty of onstreet parking immediately adjacent to the condo. Property was as described and this unit has no stairs either to the property or to the unit which was very helpful traveling with my mom. Neighborhood was quiet with low traffic around the condo. All amenities advertised were present. Only small criticism is furnishings...

「Really fun and quirky property in a great location! There was a computer glitch that hampered our check in communication but they sorted it out for us. Would stay here again.」

「Comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. Close proximity to events in the area.」

「We stayed with our adult children at this property and it was perfect. Great location, fun neighborhood vibe. Property was clean and extremely comfortable. Enjoyed our weekend in KC」

「It was a great spot to get to uptown for our concert and walk across the street to the grocery store! On the downside I reported issues to the owner or management company and I feel like they don’t care about issues-like plumbing and mold, I even sent photos and feel like they don’t care very sad!」

「Unfortunately, our stay was a bit disappointing. While the location worked well for our Kansas City trip, the overall condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by an unpleasant smell. The space also felt consistently humid throughout our stay, which made it less comfortable than expected. The property was generally clean, but it is definitely showing its age and could use some attention. There was chipped paint throughout, worn bathroom...

「Everything was great!」

「This place is very large and comfortable. The location is exceptional. We appreciated the sound machines since the cars in the area could be very loud. We’d definitely stay again.」

「Clean quiet and a convenient location.」

「I loved all aspects of this rental. Really well done on the space, the cleanliness and the amenities. Thank you.」

「Property wasn’t cleaned before we got thereFruit loops on floorBed smelled like hair products Other bed had a make up brush and food crumbs under the coversDishes in dishwasherWhole place smelled like marijuanaBathroom door had been tagged」

「This rental is the real deal. We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The location is fantastic—close enough to walk to downtown, the farmers market, river walk and the tram, which can take you all the way to The Plaza, WW1 museum, or over to the women's soccer stadium. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. (There are sirens at night.) We never had any concerns walking to and from our destinations. The home itself is beautifully...

「Very disappointing experience. We had to check out early due to significant flooding in the kitchen. The unit had a strong mildew smell, and the baseboards were warped from previous water damage, indicating ongoing water issues. The pictures online did not match the actual condition. The bathroom ceiling was taped with duct tape. The host, Jonathan, was rude and unprofessional. 」

「This place was a great fit for our needs! It’s great location, clean, cute and cozy.」

「Liked that the pool was convenient.」

「Great」

「We had an awesome stay here!! The host made sure that we had everything we needed and the apartment was to our liking which it was!! You cant get a hotel room that has this much room in it and a washer/dryer and full kitchen and definitely not as clean as this one was!! The benefit of being right above Ragazzas and the street car that stop right in front of the place was the Cherry on top for us!! Cant wait to stay here again!!」
