“Sehr netter Kontakt mit Roberto. Viele gute Informationen von ihm. Man merkt, er liebt seine Stadt! Die Wohnung ist gut, auch zu Fuß, von der Innenstadt zu erreichen. Check in und out problemlos. Kaffee, Tee und Grundzutaten fürs kochen sind vorhanden. Bequemes Bett, Bad ausreichend groß mit Waschmaschine.”

“Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, idyllischen Lage oberhalb von Sasso Marconi. Im Dorf selber gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Restaurants. Die Landschaft, die Aussicht und der riesen große Garten sind ein Traum. Der Pool ist super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der liebe Hausmeister kommt jeden Tag und sorgt für Sauberkeit und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pizzaofen und der Außengrill sind genial um den schönen Garten und die Terrasse mit leckerem Essen und einem Glas Wein zu……

“Wir haben sehr schöne 2 Wochen hier verbracht. Das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war genau wie beschrieben und noch mehr, als ob man in eigenes Ferienhaus gekommen wäre. Die Küche mehr als genug ausgestattet. Wäsche und Küchentücher, Tischdecken u.s.w. reichlich vorhanden. Das Grundstück komplett umzäunt. Unserer kleiner Hund hat sich sehr voll gefüllt. Die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit falls was wäre und stets telefonisch erreichbar aber wir hatten keinen Grund sie zu bemühen.……

“Ça été très difficile de quitter la petite maison tant notre séjour a été incroyable. Procédure d’arrivée très facile. L’appartement dispose d’absolument tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le matelas est aussi INCROYABLE. Nous avons tellement bien dormi. Le quartier est extrêmement calme et nous étions heureux le soir de quitter l’effervescence du centre pour rentrer sur notre petite colline de verdure dans le quartier chic de Bologne. Se faire un petit café et aller admirer la ville sur le toit……

“Der Zustand des Appartements war fürchterlich. Alles alt,der Kühlschrank hat gestunken. Schlafcouch unter aller würde, von Matratze nichts zu sehen,nur lattenrost zu spüren. Sauberkeit gibt es in diesem Appartement leider nicht. Für den zustand war es sehr teuer,da hätte ich mehr erwartet. Kommunikation in Ordnung. ”

“The location is great as it is just outside of the super touristy area but close enough to make walking everywhere no problem. We took advantage of the local bakery, deli and vegetable market etc. I would stay here again in the future.”

“This apartment was perfect for a few days in bologna. We made the most of the Nespresso machine with pods from the Nespresso shop, which was 10 minutes walk away. There was a lovely bakery round the corner for morning pastries and the best gelato we have tasted from the gelateria just over the road . We used the 32/33 bus to get to the station for a day trip to the Ferrari museum in Modena. The only thing we struggled with in the apartment were the 3 pin plugs - it was maybe just the adapter we……
