Notre coup de coeur des vacances

Super hébergement décoré avec goût (speciale dedicace à la salle de bain. Un tres bel exterieur avec une piscine tres agreable pour profiter d'une vue magnifique, au calme Notre hôte nous a permis de rester profiter de la piscine jsuque l'après-midi même après avoir rendu notre chambre. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Tutto bello ma a rendere spiacevole il soggiorno sono stati i "taglia legna" che alle 8 di domenica mattina ci hanno svegliato. Non é possibile una evento del genere. Maleducazione e non rispetto della quite. Il titolare dovrebbe tutelare i clienti del b&b avvertendo chi do comeptenza che la domenica é un giorno festivo.

Struttura molto bella e giardino molto curato. Vista spettacolare al tramonto. Portroppo la piscina al nostro arrivo era sporca, successivamente ė stata pulita ma sempre con le pompe spente e quindi ho seri dubbi sulla sua pulizia. Pulizia della stanza lasciava a desiderare. Asciugamani lavati ma non puliti ( presentavano tracce "passate") Inaccettabile la mancanza di scuri, persiane o tende. La luce filtra indisturbata. Inoltre le luci del giardino sono accese tutta la notte e quindi é praticamente sempre giorno. La colazione in un bar distante dal b&b è discutibile l'ho scoperto dalla recensioni dopo la prenotazione. Per correttezza andrebbe segnalato meglio. L'impressione è che la struttura sia lì per ripagarsi da sola e non c'è nessuna vera accoglienza per l'ospite. Peccato perché con davvero poco impegno in più potrebbe essere davvero un posto meraviglioso.

Nel complesso la struttura è bella, molto curata - soprattutto nei suoi esterni - e in una zona tranquilla. Il fatto che è localizzata a diversi metri sopra il livello del mare è stato sicuramente di aiuto per i giorni caldi che ci sono stati (in effetti si stava benissimo) ma, sicuramente, se non avessimo avuto un auto, gli spostamenti sarebbero stati davvero difficili. Quello che ci ha particolarmente delusi è stata la colazione: la struttura la pubblicizza come una colazione a buffet ma, invece, ci è stato dato un buono da consumare in un bar vicino (quindi oltre cornetto e cappuccino o succo non si poteva prendere).

Struttura nuova, alla fine di una strada privata nella quiete totale. Ottima la piscina e la cucina con tutto l'occorrente per la colazione e altri spuntini. Host gentile. Pulizia impeccabile. Consiglio di sostituire le tende della camera perché poco oscuranti e alla mattina presto la camera è già illuminata a giorno.

The propriety is beautiful located in the top of the hill with nice view to Roma. Sara was fantastic, she was very helpful and friendly. We stayed twice because of that. Nice location if you plan to flight back from Roma or if you want to have a stop between north and south part of italy. Really enjoyed our time there.

De Rome à la montagne, il n'y a qu'un train !

Un cadre vraiment exceptionnel pour ces appartements situés dans les hauteurs de la campagne romaine.(vue juste magique le soir) Notre hôte Sara s'est avérée très accueillante et nous a préparé de bons petits déjeuners copieux. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la présence de climatisation pourrait être un vrai plus surtout par ces fortes chaleurs. Pour le reste cette résidence ne se situe qu'à 15 mn de la gare de Zagarolo qui permet de rejoindre le centre historique de Rome en seulement 30 mn. En somme voilà l'occasion rêvé de visiter Rome tout en dormant à la montagne !

Prachtige locatie.. Eerst even moeilijk te vinden in het donker na een lange reisdag, maar eenmaal aangekomen zeer tevreden over het resultaat... Prachtig uitzicht goed zwembad en een echt vakantiegevoel. Om ongeveer een uur rijden van Rome, maar dat was het meer dan waard.. Het personeel maakt dagelijks ontbijt... Wel gemiddeld van kwaliteit maar goed te doen... Engels spreken was minimaal, mogelijk dat ze daar nog in kunnen investeren met internationale gasten.

absoluter Geheimtipp

Super individuelle, sehr modern eingerichtete und liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft in toller und ruhiger Lage in den Bergen (mittelalterliches Örtchen rund um eine Schlossruine) vor Rom. Rom Hauptbahnhof mit seinen METRO Stationen ist quasi aus dem Nachbarort binnen 30 min mit dem Zug erreichbar. Erwähnenswert ist der sehr freundliche Kontakt vor Ort. Abends kann man sich in der Gemeinschaftsküche selbst etwas zubereiten. Bis bald!

Terrific spot with great views

Great spot up in the mountains with terrific views of the castle in Castel San Pietro. The facility is very new, very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Great family get together close to Rome

We started our 2 week trip to Italy in the B&B, and it was an excellent stay. The host (s) lives 10 minutes away but they were present when needed. The room and surrounding area were completely new and very nice. We walked to the nearby restaurants (500 meters and 1.5km uphill to Castel San Pietro). Great authentic Italian restaurants - and yes we did get along without knowing too much Italian. Highly recommendable.
