「酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕」

「Great location. Easy check in. Had to pay extra for checking in at 9 pm. Apartment was clean but had a funky smell. Nescafé coffee maker didn’t work. On check out date in which check out time is 10 am we had someone just walk in the apartment. No knock, no notification. It was 9:40 am and we were just bringing our luggage to the door. When I let the property know they didn’t seem too concerned. They apologized and they will talk to the cleaning staff. 」

「The location of the Florence home is perfect. Right near the bridge and all the shops and restaurants and a beautiful walk over the Ponte Vecchio bridge straight to the Duomo area. We had a water issue. But was informed it was a building issue. We were offered alternative lodging. The situation was handled quickly and professionally. I would stay here again. It has a working elevator and is in a prime location. Thank you. 」

「This place has lots of space, walkable to lots lof attractions, great food near by. Very clean. Our only concern was some furniture was not very good. Bed was very noisy when moving, laundry machine didn't work and when my wife sat on a chair at the table the chair broke and she fell and hit her arm. Other then that our stay was amazing we really loved this place, it had great character. 」
