「The check in process is truly dreadful. Very small print on the Expedia booking instructing the person booking to contact the proprietor 48 hours before arrival as they don’t have a reception. Why on earth are they not emailing the customer?! Why is the paying customer being asked to seek them out for the privilege of entering a property they have paid for?!
